STAFF NURSES
Requirements:
- Certified and Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board with valid APC.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in multi-discipline ward, Operating Theatre or ICU / CCU.
- Preferable with post basic in Orthopaedic, ICU or OT.

FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANTS
Responsibilities (on-job training provided):
Managing all front office activities which include but not limited to:
- Attending all incoming calls and correspondence appropriately and courteously.
- Managing all activities regarding patients’ registration, billing, discharging, and payment collection.
- Handle general enquiries regarding surgery, insurance claim and any other services provided by the Company.
- Performing basic clerical and administrative duties.
- Performing ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in International Hotel / Hospital would be an added advantage.
- Strong Knowledge in Computer (Word, Excel).
- Possess good interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels of people.
- Proficient in both spoken and written ENGLISH.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for supporting the Chief Operating Officer in strategy development and promotion of KLSMC initiatives.
- In-charged of the planning and execution of authorized marketing plans in order to achieve sales volume.
- Have fair understanding of the services offered, the market, distribution channel, customers, pricing structure and competitors.
- Understand service oriented business and its core processes.
- Handle marketing related inquiries and customer complaints.
- Maintenance of existing website.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business or science.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is essential.
- Able to communicate and work with all levels of management.
- Able to perform market research & analysis and derive relevant marketing plans.
- Able to plan, organize and coordinately events such as trade shows.
- Able to work independently and deal with rapidly shifting priorities.

SECRETARY / PA
Responsibilities:
- Provide general secretarial support to Directors.
- Provide ad-hoc project support as assigned by Directors.
- To perform general administrative & clerical duties & to handle Front Office.
- To prepare internal and external correspondences.
- Taking minutes of meetings.
- To provide smooth and efficient administration support for all departments to cope with the business needs.
- Handling visitors, logistic arrangement/correspondence, i.e. air ticket, meeting, hotel, Conference Room usage, etc.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights and should be Malaysia citizen.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa malaysia, Mandarin & Chinese Dialect.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields is required.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial / Executive.

PHARMACIST / PHARMACY ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- To perform management, administration, dispensing and inventory related duties in Pharmacy Department.
- To counsel & advise customers / patients on their medication regimens.
Requirements:
- Pharmacist: Must possess at least a Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Pharmacy Assistants: Diploma in Pharmacy.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- To handle daily accounting operations and transactions.
- To check and handle data processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- To prepare month end closing of accounts, reconciliation of accounts and supporting schedules.
- To handle as-hoc accounting and finance related activities.
- To perform general office administration activities.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least LCCI diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

PROCUREMENT CUM INVENTORY OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and handle daily purchase cycle including placing orders, goods receiving, etc, and other related matters.
- Perform daily inventory procedures including stock adjustments, stock transfers, stock takes, etc.
- Set up of inventory par levels at Central Store and other locations.
- Source credible and reliable suppliers and dealing with them.
- Recommend improvements on the standard operating policies and procedures for the inventory department.
- Liase with other departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Other related ad-hoc assignments arising from hospital operations.
Requirements:
- At least with SPM qualification / Diploma in Accounting.
- With 5 years of experience in Purchasing and Store Management in the healthcare industry.
- Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia – Ability to speak other languages is an added advantage.
- Must be computer literate and have good command in Microsoft Excel and Word.
