At KLSMC Hospital, we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

By receiving medical services at our facility, you are deemed to have given your consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for purposes related to the provision of healthcare. These purposes include, but are not limited to:

In addition, KLSMC is implementing the national electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) system in line with regulations introduced by the Government of Malaysia and administered by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).

As part of this implementation, certain billing-related information that may include patient-identifiable data—such as name, identification number, and invoice details—will be submitted electronically to government-approved platforms. This is a mandatory requirement aimed at ensuring transparency and compliance with national tax reporting obligations.
